That Area is Closed right now, try again later.

There has been a glitch that i, and many other have stumbled upon. Here, Lydia Greyrose can finally help us out!

 

If you are trying to move to a new area (either
by entering a street, recalling home or teleporting to a friend) and receive a
message

“That Area is Closed right now, try again
later.”

Please take the following steps as quickly as
possible.

Start an email to support@wizard101.com
(either in your webmail client such as Yahoo or your Outlook program)

Make the Subject of the Email “That Area is
Closed right now, try again later.”

Select the option to Attach a File to the email. You
will be asked to point to the location of the file you want to attach.

Navigate to your Wizard101 Folder (usually Program
Files/KingsIsle Entertainment/Wizard101) then go to the Bin Folder then select
“WizardClient.Log”.

Once that file is attached, send the email.

This file may be “hidden”. In
that case go to:

Control Panel> search
“folder”> Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders

If it was indeed hidden then the
KingsIsle Entertainment file is probably under ProgramData, which you have now
enabled to be shown. Now you can upload the file, and fix the glitch! YAY!
